Introduction
These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Onyx Consulting Group, hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", and the client engaging the Consultant's services, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." -
Scope of Services
The Consultant will provide business consulting services to the Client, which may include but not limited to, strategic planning, financial analysis, market research, and other related services. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement between the Consultant and the Client. -
Confidentiality
The Consultant acknowledges that in the course of providing services to the Client, it may come into possession of confidential and proprietary information belonging to the Client. The Consultant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for the purposes of providing services to the Client. The Consultant further agrees not to disclose any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Client. -
Limitation of Liability
The Consultant's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services provided by the Consultant shall be limited to the fees paid by the Client for such services. The Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided by the Consultant. -
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay the Consultant for all services rendered up to the date of termination. -
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Consultant is located. -
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
By engaging the services of Onyx Consulting Group, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
